Marcin Cieslak e077181a46 dtpad: Use XtArgVal for int conversion 
Avoid overwrite of local variables when using
short (int, etc.) types with XtVaGetValues().

Cast XtPointer using (XtArgVal) without
the need to use C99 <stdint.h> and friends.
