Use SIGCHLD rather than SIGCLD.

Patch from Pascal Stumpf <Pascal.Stumpf@cubes.de>
The official POSIX name for this signal is SIGCHLD. Linux probably
has SIGCLD only for SysV compatibility, but BSD does not.
