Marcin Cieslak 91f228411e FreeBSD: Add /usr/dt/lib to runtime linker 
Create $LOCALBASE/libdata/ldconfig/cde
which points the runtime linker to /usr/dt/lib

There is no need to invoke ldconfig manually
after this.
