d_a_obj_dmelevator fully matching (#2404)

* d_a_obj_dmelevator partially matching

Logic in functions should all be matching, data is not matching

* d_a_obj_dmelevator matching

* Cleaned up code in d_a_obj_dmelevator.cpp

Should make the code a bit more readable

* Further cleanup of d_a_obj_dmelevator.cpp

This should address the feedback from the pull request review
